After reviewing the layout of the property, we determined that key structural changes were required to make the most of the available space. The new design incorporated a well-structured layout; one that maximised space while at the same time creating a luxurious yet liveable interior.
Master bedroom and en suite
The master suite spans the entire top floor and encompasses the master bedroom and master bathroom alongside. The master bedroom has been carefully designed using a neutral colour palette and layers of rich texture. The bespoke headboard clad in leather and bespoke dressing table complete the tranquil aesthetic of this contemporary bedroom scheme.
The master bathroom is centred around luxurious materials and fittings, including exquisite Turkish Lilac marble, a bespoke vanity unit and ambient lighting.
Living room and guest bedroom
The first floor comprises an open-plan living room, workspace and reading corner, which showcases contemporary, bespoke furniture, a neutral colour palette and understated textured wallpaper to create a subtle sense of glamour. The wall of bespoke shelving is lit by LEDs to form an interesting wall feature, as well as a practical space for books and decorative objects.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall includes built-in cupboards to store coats and shoes and leads to the guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers all the comforts of home including a recessed TV and features a beautifully upholstered headboard that extends the entire length of the room. A neutral colour palette with shades of green emphasise the tranquillity of this space.
