We were delighted to win Best Interior Design Show Home London for our Cornwall Penthouse project at the 2012 International Property Awards, held at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London, on 12th October 2012.

Cornwall House is nestled conveniently behind Cornwall Terrace and adjacent to Baker Street tube station, thereby benefiting from the affluent location of Regents Park and the cultural eclecticism of the West End. As a result, the property is well-positioned to attract a diversity of interest from investors.
Attention to detail can be seen in the use of the patterned fabric of the curtains being elegantly mirrored in the design of the metal screens. As an extension of this idea, patterned curtains offset the plain upholstery fabrics to create layers and textures. Artwork and accessories hint at an Eastern influence to satisfy the broader target market, yet the interior is undoubtedly London.
